Resilient supply chains are often inherently dependent on the nature of their complex interconnected networks that simultaneously multi-dimensional and multi-layered. This article presents a Supply Chain Network (SCN) model can be used to regulate downstream relationships towards sustainable SME using 4-component cost function structure - Environmental (E), Demand (D), Economic Social (S). As major generalization existing practice phenomenological interrelationships between EDES kernels, we propose complementary time varying function, based Lagrangian mechanics (incorporating SCN constraints through Lagrange multipliers), analyze evolution variables interpret competition economic inertia market potential. Multicriteria decision making, an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), ranks performance quality, identifying key business makers. The is first solved numerically then validated against real data pertaining two Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) from diverse domains, establishing domain-independent model. results quantify how increases in production line without appropriate consideration volatility lead bankruptcy, high transportation together with increased may break-even state. also predicts it takes policy change reinvigorate sales, thereby forecasting best operational procedure ensures holistic sustainability all four fronts.
